Stephen Myers, son of Stephen Myers, was born on October 30th, 1786 in Stillwater, Saratoga, New York. He died in 1879. He married Dolly Decker on July 1st, 1807 in Conesville, Schoharie, New York in the U.S. Dutch Reformed Church. She died September 4th, 1841. They had 7 boys, per Geraldine Myers Reniger.

Stephen and Dolly lived in Clarence, Erie, New York, when their oldest son was born on 11 May 1829, and remained there until at least 1865. By 1870, Stephen was living in Columbia, Jackson, Michigan, with his son George's family.
In 1879, Stephen Myers died at the age of 92.
